In my cricket breeding soil, their are tons of tiny little white worms. They are kind of big, like abut the size of full grown fruitfly larvae. However they are crawling around in my container with my baby crickets hatching. So I wondered if their was a way to get rid of the mites without killing my crickets.
Might they be maggots for some kind of fly or gnat? I would try setting the container of breeding soil into a clean container for a few days while the crickets hatch out, and then remove it altogether from the new cricket container.
