find the URL of the image you want to use, and copy it inbetween these tags to get an image url you need to find something thats already been uploaded onto a pic hosting site like photobucket.com, right click on it, then click on properties. highlight the "image URL", and paste it inbetween the above tags. theres also a pinned thread on this at the top of the photography forum, give that a read too. ~Will.
