I picked this timer up from lowes, and I am really happy with it. It can have up to 7 on/off functions each day, as well as being manually operated at anytime without messing up the program. It also has a battery back up, so I can unplug the unit and move it without reprogramming. I am only using it to control the lights for my cooling rack, but it can handle up to 500 watts.
