Hello , I got a RES $5 from a Chinese lady in a little plastic box. 400-500 hundred dollars later (6 months now), TurtleBoy (he used to do this amazing jump up on to his basker rock hence super TurtleBoy) Anyway TB's guts (which are black) keep coming out and going back in he is restless and is not eating like usual, I don't know how I fell so in love with him but he is my first turtle (my boyfriend doesn't know how I fell so in love with him either, every time he gets ill or needs care he says 'throw it out they only cost $5' it piss me off! I think what about when he gets on my nerves I threw him out and get another free one!) When I say I cant afford a vet right now I can't TB might be the only one to eat tonite fridge is emty and so are our pockets (it still early enough to beg sympathy: its X-mas!) Just started today is there anything i can do before running to the vet, we live in NYC everything is extremely expensive (Doritios went up 35cent! Pepsi $1.85)
