Hey guys- Gotta float something here guys. Chascamichay {female bluetongue skink} and Boniface {male cockatiel} seem to have formed what could be an emotional bond and could be {as we would term it} a "romantic relationship". First noticed this when Chascamichay's brumation period ended. Decided to bring them out together to socialize Boniface more. {breeding is a non-issue here fyi}. But what I noticed is that Boniface will sing to Chascamichay and do "heart wings" for her and so on and she will respond!! Chascamichay it seems has also become more active. And oh btw. Our dvm gave Chascamichay and Boniface her blessing. Anyway. Anyone else have an experience like this???? Get back to us!!
My chihuahua was obsessed with my bearded dragon. Loki could not have cared less though. Our maltese sniffs him over once and then goes back to not caring about him. That's funny that your bird has taken such an interest in your lizard. =)
