ZooMed and their MVB Update

    Well most of you that post on here know what happed to Elliot when we switched his MVB from a 160 Solar Glo to a 100W PowerSun... Elliots eyes were drastically effected and after we switched the bulb back, he was fine.

    Well over a week has passed since I sent the bulb back to ZooMed for a refund and they have just told me that they STILL have not recieved the bulb. Its going to CA and I am in Boston so how long should it take. I use USPS because i really cant spend any more money regarding this bulb anymore.

    Any advise??

    Hi Stacey,
    Not sure how your courier services work over there so this may not apply.
    Did it go direct through USPS or through an agent, either way you should have a receipt with day/date of despatch. You need to contact USPS with details and they should be able to find it from that or at least tell you when it will get there. Over a week does seem a long time.
    Others may help you better than me, just my thoughts on it.

    Hey Bruno, Unfortunately, there is no tracking number. I sent it regular United States Postal.. thats it.. i was not going to send it any other way because its quite expensive. I told that girl at ZooMed that I would call her on Monday.

    I just want my $40 back. thats all.

    ZooMed recieved my bulb an just put in a request for a refund check and are also sending me a replacement bulb (which I wont use anyway.. but its the thought that counts).

    That's good news, at least they responded.
    Wonder if they will test it and make any changes to design/output.
