I just went to the petland for my weekly visit as usual and found myself intriged by this one little amazingly colorful lizard. It was red and yellow flamed streaked. It had the wierdest little hands and feet... it looked like all the fingers and toes were slightly webbed and when i held him it felt like holding a ball of silk. when he ran all over my hands and arms it was like someone was sliding a magic carpet all over me that was softer than the softest of any material or fur i've ever imagined!! it was really playful and so fast but sooo soft when it moved. Can u figure out what it is yet? well i'lll give u two more clues... it had big slitted eyes and it can flick off its tail if a predator gets a hold of it, but it'll never grow back.
    Give up yet?
It was a fiery morph crested gecko.
And it was the complete contrast to the mean ferocious hard spikey bearded dragon that i have now. It was the first gecko ive ever seen that wasn't a leo and it blew me away! If i wasn't in the middle of moving. i'd have him right now! so until i get settled into my new home and can get some to take my crayfish and my blotched tiger salamander off my hands. i have no room for the cute little guy :) but again i say why didn't someone tell me that they were SOOOOOOOO soft!!!

Now be honest. how many of u figured it out what i was talking about b4 i said the name?
