ive just been using crickets for both. some times supers for the gecko. and one time on occasion i gave her some wax worms, as a treat. can leos and beardies both eat silkworms, and phoenix worms?

    Yes, they can.

You also have hornworms, mealworms, roaches, etc. There isn't really a main thing, it's the more varied the better.

Mainly greens and crickets, the worms should be used as treats. If you give them too many worms, then it will be hard to feed them crickets.

Actually Silkworms and phoenix worms make great insect staples.

Silkworms are very nutritious as well as phoenix worms which are really high in calcium.

You don't want to give them too many foods with high fat content because it will be like "candy". Gut-loaded crickets and a variable green diet. the crickets size is, as long as they dont exceed the dragons head width wise. You can get away with feeding them slightly bigger ones though, you just run a risk.
