today when i got home i wanted to check on my geckos(leos&grandis days) but it seemed everthing was against me and i didnt check anything till about 30min after!! when i finally checked everything was cool except i had a baby leo in my incubator from on of the eggs!!! now that might not be weird but it hatched after only 41/2 weeks!!!the temp was only 85??? and the baby is fine no problems what so ever i am going to sell this one i believe he will turn out to be a hi yellow from his markings.pics will be up soon
WOW! That's a very short incubation time.... half the usual time... You sure you got u'r dates right when it was laid?
So that's 7 1/2 weeks, not 4 1/2, lol - a lil typo? so that's, umm... 59 days... well, yeah, that's still kinda quick... If the temp was 85, PROBABLY male, although there's a chance they're female. Best to incubate at around 81-82 for females.
