hello i have read that there is new evidence that uv lights do not work and only sun light can do the proper chemical change in the skin.
should we still use uv lights to be on the safe side?
    what are some good ones?
how much (hours) do they need daily-weekly of true sunlight?
if i have a heat lamp and a sunlamp close together will it still work or will the regular light fade out the uv rays?
    thanks
