Here is a pic of my newest addition to the collection, Mina. I got her at the Hamburg show in April and she was about 2 months old at the time. I was told she was a San Luis Potosi king, a breed I never heard of, but I fell in love instantly. After researching them, however, I am now not sure what she is. All of the pictures of these guys show that all of their bands are colored in red instead of black. I figured that this would change as she got older (although the vendor told me that she would stay that color throughout her life) but when i looked at hatchling pictures, they also had the red bands. She has a little red on her neck but thatis all. can anyone help me identify this little girl?

here is alink to a previously posted pic of her

Mina looks like a hybrid, if I had to guess I'd say San Luis Potosi Kingsnake x Alterna Phase Greyband.
Many breeders are mixing kingsnake breeds so if the breeder you bought Mina from had other kingsnake breeds on his table then that may indicate what she may be.
