adopted a few red eyes the other day, along with a preset terrarium. Ive owned red eyes before and was able to feed them properly. However, this tank has 5 inches of water at the bottom with a small 4x5 island, and well the crickets i throw in there end up drowning somehow before el'frogo can get them. Is there any alternatives to feeding these guys or should i ditch the water?

    Welcome to the forum. :)

Ditch the water. It isnt the proper setup for Red-Eyes anyways. They should have all land, with a water dish for soaking.

    Good luck with them!
