question on colombian red tail boas

    is takeing care of a red tail boa along the same idea of taking care of a ball python?

    The main difference is the size, looking at around 9ft and 45 pounds in weight, give or take.
    Need a much larger enclosure as they are much more active and love to climb. You just have to be a bit more careful when handling they are very strong.
    Temperatures are similar. You very rarely get poor feeders, eat regular once a week, large or jumbo rats.
    Despite their size they are very docile, I have yet to see an agressive boa, they usually like human company. mine do anyway :)
    Here's my set-up, a corner unit that houses two adults, terranium and a pic of my female, who is close to 9ft, Saturn, mine are commons but same size.
