Hi everyone, just thought i'd start up an enclosures thread, as i'd love to see some fellow anole-keepers enclosures. It's also been pretty dead in here lately, so maybe this will liven things up :)

I'll get some pictures in the next few days, or whenever i can find my camera :D

    Luke

Yup, one of my little girl anoles.

If you look in the last image, in the 30 GAL on the right, you can see my male Buster's belly pressed against the glass, lol. He is to the far left of the 30 GAL tank in the last image (with both tanks).

Nice. Wish a few of the pics were a tad clearer, but overall it looks like a nice enclosure. :(

    Thanks! :(

In the enclosure pics, there was water on the walls. With the pictures of the Anole himself, I was trying to get close enough so that he could be seen. He blends in with that log so well!! :(

Looks awesome!! What is the towel on top used for?? I have one partially over my 16 Gallon, but that's only to hold in humidity and heat since its being used as an incubator aquarium until the egg(s) hatch.

I also use it to hold heat and humidity in his enclosure.

hay I like anoles even though I don't have one. But we have them all running around out here I think I might catch one and put it in a cage and have him as a pet. maby ya'll can give me some advice or some references or links to some webpages please.

    You know Corn_Snake_Wild,

They have so much anoles in a pet store. Maybe captive bred anoles. Maybe before you go catching one and sticking it inside your house, how about you get a "mite free" or "not having an illness" one instead of one oppisite than that. They are really cheap at some pet stores.

    Sincerely,
    Dahaki

Most anoles, whether you find them at chain stores or in the street, are WC and still have parasites, so a vet check is always recommended. corn_snake_wild, if you have any specific questions, feel free to make your own thread :)
