Well, I've just about had it with Petco's lights. They used to sell some real nice bulbs that lasted a long time, but now they only sell Zoo Med bulbs that last a month if I'm lucky. Where do you guys get your bulbs? Also, I usually just have a 100W Day bulb and a 60W night bulb. The tank is 20 gallons and its for my corn snake.
I used just regular cheap light bulbs on mine.. you can get the black lights also.... Corns arent demanding nor is Mex Blk Kings which i have now in just a tank with a few vines, driftwood, hides, and 75W incandescent bulb... the two i have are just kept in 20L gals and doing great...
