Here is my new arboreal enclosure with my new GTP inside... The inner dimensions are 34x22x10. I currently have a medium-sized water dish at the bottom of enclosure (with a regular household heating pad underneath as a temporary measure in an attempt to create some humidity), and I mist inside several times a day...but if I'm away more than 6 hours the humidity drops down to 40%. The night temp has so far stayed right around 80 with just the overhead light on, and goes up to 85 during the day. My main question is, what is the best way to maintain humidity...and then, what would be the most cost-effective way to maintain humidity? Should I go with a mister or fogger, or would a fogger lower the temp inside? Are those Zoo-Med foggers worth it? Please advise.
