I am looking to adopt a turtoise. Any kind as long as it doesn't get too large as I cannot leave it outside in the winter with the weather here. A box, russian, hermann, etc... I do not purchase animals although I don't mind paying a rehome fee, I prefer to give a pet in need a good home rather than purchase from a breeder. I have not set up an enclosure yet, as I want to make it species specific once I know what I am adopting. I currently have 1 labrador retriever dog, 2 parrots and 2 leopard gecko's...all are rescues. I live in a house with my husband and 3 children. If you do have a turtoise to rehome, you would be welcome to come visit and see how well treated all our animals are. Thanks.
