Is My corn snake ok

    I Just got a 6 year Old corn snake ive had him for 3 days and he does not come out of his hide box day or night is he just scared or is some thing wrong

    Did you ask the person you purchased the snake from how the snake normally acts? This would be very helpful to know since the snake is already six years old. If it lived with one owner for that long, it may just be very timid right now....and unsure of its new surroundings.
    I would definitely get more information on the snake's routine....
    Have you been handling it?

    Chances are that everything is fine. Snakes spend most of their time in the hides where they feel safe and secure.
