What should the internal temp of a f/t mouse/rat be ebfore feeding. I normaly take it up to around 85 or so, but was wondering if there is a certain temp it shoudl be.

    Thanks in advance

I don't know if there's a temp the mouse SHOULD be but if you ever have lack of a feeding response with the rat at that temp, up the rat's temp and you may be surprised.

if your animal wont eat the mouse/rat at that temp try braining (cutting the skull to expose some of the brain) it.
