    Hi,
Try Endive, Escarole, romaine lettuce, all are good staple foods. They all have a good Calcium:phosphorus ratio (Ca:p) of 2:1 which is very good.
In fact any veg that is chickory based, you can also give a little soft fruit, not much as they contain fairly high sugar levels but are ideal as treats.

    Hi,
Please dont use Centrum, this is designed for humans and the concentration of vits is totally different to a reptiles needs.
For reptiles you need Calcium powder without added D3 and a multi-vit powder such as Herptivite.
Calcium should be used daily, (food dusted with it) and herptivite, once or twice a week.
