I think my crestie is sick

I was changing the carpet out of his cage today. I noticed a really bad smell and his poop was not normal. It looked like paste and did I mention the smell? I know a vet visit is in order, but can I expect? Does anyone know what problem can this be? And how much will it be to cure it. I really like him and dont want him to be sick.

well usually crestie poop smells pretty bad for such a small animal, but im assuming that this was liquidy? what you can do is raise the temp slightly and see how it does. just make sure the temp doesnt go over 80F
