Thanks for all the positive feedback everyone. Does anyone have any constructive criticism? Thanks again, Eric
cage looks very nice, very creative, i can't offer criticism because i'm not sure what these kinds of gecko's needs are so well u know... if it was a leo, thats a diff. story lol
That moss is going to be hard for the geckos to find crickets. I used moss in my golden geckos cage and the crickets always burroed down into it... thats why i switched to cypress(i think)
funnyman if youre using live plants that are planted right in the substrate you dont need to replace the soil or even disturbe the bottom of the tank because the plants will use the left over dead food and the poo as fertilizer the only thing you should do to clean it is wipe the glass, the leaves and the bamboo and you should trim the plants when they get to big. Most of my enclosures are vivariums or planted aquariums and I hardly ever have to clean them.
Oh yeah I forgot to mention how awesome your tank looks! It's amazing, one of the best I've seen. Oh and about the moss youll have to replace that everymonth because its dead if you got live pillow or sphagnum moss you wouldnt have to replave it and the crickets would have a harder time of hiding when the moss roots itself better.
