I use fish food, I crunch up the flakes. I also use oatmeal, and potato slices. The fish food gets eaten very quickly! I put the food in the bowls, and leave the tupperwares on my drafting table for a night. I do this once a week, and put them back in the fridge. Keeps them alive and fat!

I use slices of yellow squash for my water source, and a dry mix of: high quality cat food, natural oats, powdered calcium, and Jurassidiet gutload. I've got some extra fish flakes...might add that in the next batch I make. I think my homemade diet works well, since my leos are growing quickly and have beautiful fat tails.

Nah, I just can't read. That's what I do for mealies. The crickets get potatoes and left in their own box to do cricket things.

carrots, zuchinni, squash, potatoes, oranges and other things are a god source for water and food.
Crickets love fish flakes. I use tetra tropical flakes.

Prehistoric Pets recommended Cricket Bites (by nature zone) - it's all in-in-one food/water stuff. My cricks gobble it up! Do u guys know anything about it? 'just wondering if they're good stuff.
