    Does anybody know if iguanas can eat LEEKS as i cand find anything FOR or AGAINST it anywhere. in no food list either ??

    Hi,
    Leeks should fine to feed, they have a good calcium:phosphorus ratio..
    A good Ca:p ratio should be 2:1

    There is a good site at the USDA that gives the nutritional value of many foods.
    It's called "What's in the food we eat" and can be found HERE.
    Simply type in the food but it's advisable to add the word RAW, this gives you the basic info, if you dont you will get a long list of various combinations.
    Once it brings up the full list, click on the main one, then check box on item you need then under "servings" add 1, this gives you amount of nutrition per 100grams.

    For leeks I would say just give him the green part not the white "bulb" end.
