We had bad results keeping crickets alive for the 2 anoles, 'till we put apple parts in their tupperware (laugh away..it works) But, what about bannanas?
that's fine too. you can use potatoes, carrots, salads, just make sure you don't overcrowd your crickets and starve them cause they'll eat each other.
most non-citrus fruit and veg is fine - just remember to change it before it gets mouldy... the crickets will still eat it but it doesn't do your anoles any good if they are filled with nutritionally deficient gutload.
