Can these lizards be kept together (eastren water & bearded dragons).
I plan to house these in a outside aviary in Sydney.
    Will extra heating be required
    Any information would be appreciated

Nope.. they can't be kept together.

Aside from the different habitat requirements, mixing any two species is a bad idea due to the many parasites and problems one can carry that can be passed on to other housemates.

While both animals may be independently healthy, they could both be carrying things which are harmless to them, but fatal to the other species.

And even without both the different habitat requirements and the potential health risks, the eastern water dragons can reach 2½-3ft in length. Beardies, on average, reach nowhere near that.
