the gutload or food is a mixture of

-powdered nonfat dry milk (for calcium)
    -some bread
    -oatmeal
    -collard greens
    -cornmeal
    -potatoes
    -carrot
    -a scoop of whey protein
    -and dog food

all dried out and blended in a blender

    hope this helps some people

    Nice enclosure!

I made mine similarly; cutting out the top and adding screen.

Yours is much fancier. This was a kind of last-minute thing...

What are the wooden frames glued to the side of yours?

i took those out, i have just egg crates now over the warm side, make sure to keep yours in a dark humid place like a closet or something because i noticed your setup is clear. i glued a sheet of plastic over one side to keep humidity from escaping. hope that helps. i used my setup before for crickets and dubias didnt need as much ventilation.
