I'd like to get an idea of how much a Crested Gecko costs in the States. I live in South Africa and I've only seen 2 of them for sale ever. and they are going for 1500 Rand each, which is like $220! This sounds like we're getting ripped of in a BIG way. Any input?
generally they should range 30-400$. Like kephy said, it depends on coloration. A normal buckskin may get you 30-50$ wheres a snow fire can get you up into the high 800s or 1,000s. It really depends. But for a good color, expect maybe 75-300$ which could get you any color with a cool pattern like bi color, harlequin, or fire.

Ummm, I would say crestedgecko.com but they are in the process of "fixing up" the site. No pics yet. Even stilll, they only have Cresteds that they sell, which are mostly solid colors that don't quite show the true potential of a crested gecko in my opinion.
