Hey all, I run a small breeding facility out of MA. and i do some rescue work in my community when it is needed. I have had a green iguana for about 4 months now. He is really great. His name is Cecil and he has become a real gentleman. He still isnt fond of being held and he struggles, but he loves being sprayed with water and having someone rub it into him. He is hand fed daily on a top quality diet of greens, fruits, vegetables, and supplements, along with a highly fortified pellet food. He never fails to eat. He also has had adeqaute amounts of UVB while in my care. I actually was going to keep him but his cage takes up half of my space and am totally against breeding iguanas.
