    The entrance
    [IMG]

    Should have took a panorama
    [IMG]

The north wall fish/turtle tank. Inhabitants: Tiger Oscar, Red Eared Slider, and Florida Cooter
    [IMG]

The east wall. Inhabitants: Tiger Reticulated Python, Macklots Python, Jungle Carpet Python, Blue Tongue Skink, Amelnestic Corn Snake, 4-toed Hedgehog, Brazilian Rainbow Boa, and Nile Monitor. In case you're wondering the tubs have crickets and Malagasy Hissing Roaches in them. And all these cages are ABS plastic with the light fixture inside the enclosure and 1/8" acrylic doors. Got them from snakefxcaging.com
    [IMG]

The south eastern wall. AKA...the frog stack cages. Inhabitants: Amazon Milk Frog, Gray Tree Frogs, and Emperor Scorpions
    [IMG]

The south eastern corner. Inhabitants: Rough Green Snake, Green Tree Python, Sulcata Tortoise, Russian Tortoise, and an Indian Star Tortoise
    [IMG]

The West wall. Inhabitants: African Fat-Tailed Gecko, Leopard Gecko, East African Sand Boa, Sandfish, Rose-Ringed Parakeet, and a Gargoyle Gecko
    [IMG]

And that concludes the tour of the room. More pics to follow of the inhabitants themselves. Let me know if you want a tour. ;)

Sorry the Gargoyle isn't for sale, but if you want some Hissing Cockroaches....lol. Luckily living out in the country and a couple great parents gives me a little more room to work with. Thanks for the thumbs. I love them all, and am very proud of this room. I've been told I should start charging admission. lol.

I understand completely. Animals are the one of the main things that get me through each day. It's great to here from a fellow animal lover. :)

    Wannnnnnnnnnnt.

Are these all purchases or were some of them (particularly the turtles/tortoises) rescue animals?

Lactose the Milk Frog made me legitimately laugh out loud, hahaha.

    Great pics, keep em coming!

Edit: Also, HOW (!!!) are you keeping that first tank water so clear with just a power filter? Are you the god of all water changes? Or is there a canister hooked up I can't see? I can't imagine even the largest power filter would be able to keep up with such a large oscar, plus the turtles, plus the pleco. It's so clean. 0.0

Yeah I just got the hedgehog last month...Ironically at a reptile show. I had one before, but he wasn't very friendly and it was very difficult to check on his health. Thanks for the compliments tho...Lactose seemed like an appropriate name! Thought it up myself. ;)

The fat-tailed gecko, rose ringed parakeet, and the red-eared slider were all rescues from abandoned owners. I have done tons of rescues over the years including an adolescent alligator; however, most of these animals are purchases from breeders or online. Glad you like Lactose! I think it might have been the greatest name I have ever come up with. The fish/turtle tank is cleaned just with that power filter actually. I do a water change maybe every 4 months or so, but all I do to keep it clean is clean the fiber filters inside and change the carbon every now and then......SORRY what I meant to say was YES I AM A GOD! :)

HAHAHAHA. I'd like to think that, but i'm pretty sure the real reason is that I am not a bird person, and she has figured that out. Of course if she was nicer she'd be let out of her cage more often. :p
