I know a few days ago in my status, I mentioned I was getting a Pixie[African Bull frog] but I'm also getting a albino Horned frog. I did a lot of research on the Pixies but doing research on the Horned frogs. One website mentioned not providing in uvb lighting for albino's, just wanted everyone's opinion on that. I had a Horned frog before, when I was in my early twenties and don't remember the habitat I had for it, I want to make sure I have a nice set up for this little one I'm getting.

I would agree that UVB or any overhead for that matter would not be a good idea for use with an albino horned frog. Albino animals have very sensitive eyes and skin, and exposure to bright light can be very stressful and even physically damaging to them. As long as you are supplementing his diet with a calcium WITH vitamin D3, you should be perfectly fine without it. Even with the pixie, use the lowest output bulb and offer plenty of shade to relieve him from the bright light.
